Located in Reston, VA, mediabarn's User Experience (UX) Lab is a modern facility, optimized for one-on-one usability testing of online or physical properties, as well as focus group testing and market research.
Built in 2007, our state-of-the art lab accommodates up to 10 participants and features:
- Fully observable one-on-one and group discussion facilities
- HD capable video recording and observation
- On premises eye tracking capabilities
- Time coded video recording and editing
- Redundant broadband connections and wireless access for observers
- The ability to provide picture-in-picture technology allowing you to concurrently view subject and screen captures
We leverage the recruiting capabilities of our placement services division to recruit test participants and have in house moderating as well as partner with other experienced and accredited moderators and usability specialists.
